One year ago today I made one of the most important decisions of my life. I decided to... 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑴𝒚 𝑫𝒊𝒆𝒕 Notice that I didn’t say that I went on a diet. There’s a HUGE difference. I’ve battled my weight my entire life. No “fad diet” was going to fix what I had going on because I would just gain back all the weight I would lose like I had countless times before. I needed to make a permanent change. And I have! Not only has this benefited me...it’s also benefited my family in so many ways. Am I perfect? NO Do I eat carbs? YES Do I workout like crazy? NO Do I eat weird things? NO Do I have to cook separate meals? NO Do I go off plan sometimes? YES Do I still take Thrive? YES, I haven’t missed it in 5 years and don’t plan to ever. Is what I do hard? NO, I say choose your hard. It was harder for me when my body hurt and I didn’t like how I looked than it ever was for me to love what I do daily now.
