I'm a Rancher, Writer, Photographer
Cheyenne Glade Wilson
I am a fifth generation rancher and I was fortunate to grow up on my family's working cattle ranch in southeastern Montana. This is where my intense love of horses and cattle began. I also learned to love and respect the land from a very young age. My husband, son, and I run black angus cattle and we raise half-draft horses. Our place is known as the Lazy Six Nine Ranch. I am an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Sioux tribe. My family and I reside and ranch on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. We also spend time in Montana in the Beartooth Mountains.
I strive daily to spread positivity and awareness of modern day ranching. One of my passions is empowering women involved in agriculture to live life at a higher level. I strive to perpetuate the ever-evolving role of women in agriculture through my blog (The Native Cowgirl), public speaking, photography, and social media outlets.
I am also a certified health coach and successful top leader/entrepreneur. I love helping people discover how simple it is to become the best version of themselves in all categories of their lives. I enjoy helping my clients overcome their health and wellness obstacles while smashing out their goals. This also pertains to creating success in their professional lives.
