Lessons From Cattle
Thereâs cold...and then thereâs an icicle hanging off your ear cold! 𼜠It always amazes me what cattle endure to survive. Donât get me wrong, we help them out. We do our part by feeding them and ensuring they can get to the standing forage to graze on. We also ensure they have fresh water daily. However, their will to survive and, better yet, thrive in all conditions is one of the reasons that I respect them so much. đ We can learn a lot from them. Complain less...appreciate more. Focus on what it takes to get where we want to go. Lose all excuses and trudge onward. Donât concern yourself with things that truly donât matter. The list goes on and on. đŻ Today, I sit in awe and gratitude. Iâm so thankful for the daily reminders I have out here on the ranch to live simply and to be thankful for everything in my life. đ¤ I hope wherever you are that you hold these same principles close to your heart too! đ
