Day 3 Confession - I didn’t get up at 5 am like I planned to because...that hurt I’ve been dealing with the past week or so got diagnosed as separated ribs! Okay, that’s 3...I’m done now...time to be 100%. When I did get up I went for a 3 mile outdoor walk with...my son and our girl Ash. I was so excited that he wanted to go with me! He’s seen me on a committed path to more physical activity and he wants to do that also. Kids learn by watching. So proud of him!! 💪🏼❤️🙌🏼
