Day 8 Confession #Last90Days

Day 8 Confession: It’s raining here at the ranch...and that means gumbo mud. Before this new commitment I would have accepted that I couldn’t walk today and focused on other things (My treadmill and bike are in town). Not anymore! I looked at the hourly forecast. It looks like a short break from the rain from 11-12. Perfect! I’ll be putting on my muck boots and trekking through the pasture. This whole last 90 days isn’t about a diet for me. It’s an awakening! I’m learning how to break bad habits so I can develop good ones in their place. I hope you are challenging yourself every day also...lifestyle changes are the ones that last.
